Q1. Do we offer pan India delivery? / Are all products available for pan India delivery?
Non frozen or Ready to Cook/ Ready to eat products will be delivered pan India. Frozen foods will be made available shortly.

Currently No.

Delivery Charges are subjected to location of delivery.
Q4. Which are gluten-free products?
Our Products Navane Pongal, Navane Kitchdi, Jowar Upma and Ragi Upma are Gluten free.
Q5. How to cook the products ?
Cooking instruction is given for every product and videos for the same will be available in our website link.
Q6. What is the name of your parent company?
Shreeka Lifestyle (OPC) Pvt Ltd ., is the parent company of Srika Brand.
Q7. I have ordered multiple items, will I receive all of them together?
Generally all items will be dispatched together. In exceptional cases, products may be dispatched separately as well.
Q8. Are products returnable?
The products are non-returnable. However if you receive a damaged product or if the quality looks compromised, you can write us an email to shreekalifestyle@gmail.com . We will try to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, and UPI payment are available.
Q10. I want to gift the products and want them personalised. Is it possible?

Q13. When can I get my groceries delivered?
The groceries will be delivered as per the logistics vendor schedule. Tracking details would be provided.

You can cross check with the pincode details during placing the order.
Q15. Can I place a deliver order for someone else?
Yes, you can order for your dear and near ones. Request you to provide there details including Google Map location for easy to reach.
Q16. What if any package is broken during transit?
Our packaging comes with 2-3 layers of packaging, the internal package does not get hampered, however, only if the internal package is damaged, you can return the product.
Q17. What if I am not available at the time of delivery?
The logistics team will coordinate with you for delivery as per your convince.

Yes, we take bulk orders and deliver to all types of business.
Q19. Do any of the products have any form of added preservatives or artificial flavours?
NO. We do not use any artificial preservatives or flavours or colours. We use only natural ingredients.

Yes. They are available. You can customize weekly or monthly or touring need.
