    Topped with roasted seeds for crunch.

  • TUESDAY — Rajma Curry Bowl

    North Indian-style rajma (light, flavourful).
    Served over brown rice or millet rice.

  • WEDNESDAY — Paneer Stir-Fry Bowl

    Paneer sautéed with peppers, onions, garlic-pepper seasoning.
    Served on a rice/millet base.

    Black rice + curried vegetables + light seeds.
